Welcome to the webpages for the Patient Version of the Living Concussion Guidelines (For adults 18 years and older)

These webpages are designed to help patients and caregivers by:

  • Explaining concussion and what to do about symptoms
  • Making it easy to find helpful information about concussion and useful resources
  • Using simple language to present key points from the Provider Guidelines
  • Helping patients talk more easily with their health care providers

These pages cover the most common concussion symptoms, with special attention to prolonged symptoms.

 

As of June 2025, the resources in the Patient Version are the most current, clear, and easy-to-read materials that our team could find available online.
