What is www.ConcussionsOntario.org?
Concussions Ontario is an information and resource portal that shares the work of the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation (ONF) and our partners on concussion research and implementation projects. It serves to inform patients, family members, clinicians, administrators, and the public about our latest research and practice advancements in concussion care across Ontario.
Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation
The Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation is a non-profit organization funded by the Ontario government. ONF uses research to create the best care strategies to help Ontarians with neurotrauma (injury to the brain and spinal cord) lead full lives. ONF connects healthcare practitioners, people living with neurotrauma, researchers, providers and policy makers to the information they need about neurotrauma prevention and health practices. We do this work through regional, provincial, national and international collaborations and partnerships. For more information visit www.onf.org
What does Concussions Ontario do?
As part of the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation, Concussions Ontario is devoted to the goal of improving concussion care throughout the province. Following ONF’s lead, we work with experts and partners to put research evidence into action to improve concussion care and the lives of those who sustain neurotrauma in Ontario.
ONF is proud to have a wide network of collaborating organizations and clinical sites working with us towards our goal of improving concussion care in Ontario. To view our list of partner organizations and clinical sites, click here.
